Site technical due-diligence

The Development Department of GVA Sawyer is ready to carry out technical due diligence of a site as a separate service or as part of the brokerage services provided during the selection of a land plot for the client.

The services include:

• Analysis of technical possibilities for receiving necessary engineering capacities and connection of the utilities;
• Analysis of existing restrictions for the site development (geological conditions, existing utilities, sanitary, fire –protection zones, ecological criteria, etc.)
• Site lay-out, positioning of the facility on the land plot, estimation of the facility’s configuration and optimal zoning. Delivery of a rough sketch.
• Estimation of a general budget for the facility’s construction.
• Brief analysis of legal risks in terms of the land title.
• Delivery of conclusions.
