Technical Zakazchik

GVA Sawyer is a member of the self-regulatory organization “Non-Commercial Partnership for Promotion of Construction Development “Union of Professional Builders” and has a permit to works, affecting the safety of capital construction objects (Certificate No. 0034.01-2010-7709039709-C-207). This license enables GVA Sawyer to perform a specific local function of a project technical manager (“technical zakazchik”) , by law at all of the stages of the project development. Technical zakazchik certifies the building before the authorities and bears criminal responsibility for its quality and compliance to the existing construction requirement.

As a “technical zakazchik”, GVA Sawyer performs a scope of works outlined in the State Regulations on the Function of Technical Zakazchik” , which includes issuing the city-planning and permitting documentation, obtaining required approvals, organization and control over the design works, carrying the design through the State Construction Expertise, getting a building permit, technical supervision over the construction works, building commissioning.
