Implemented Projects

Among the projects implemented by GVA Sawyer, an expansion of the Chase Manhattan Bank branch office on Tverskaya St. is the most complicated project from the point of view of engineering solutions. We are proud with this work even many years after.

Another distinguishing GVA Sawyer’s project is the construction of a Class A office building in Korobeynikov Pereulok, 1/2. The building is characterized by high quality engineering systems, modern complex interior and facade finishing.

GVA Sawyer has extensive experience in interior finishing and reconstruction of historical objects.

The professionalism of our staff allows us to provide services in restoration. We performed the reconstruction of the 18th century historical mansion, located nearby the US Embassy, for the companies Leucadia International and PepsiCo International. GVA Sawyer managed to keep the historical look of the inside and outside of the building, having it equipped at the same time with up-to-date “attributes”, including central air conditioning and computer network systems.

GVA Sawyer also performed a full line of finishing works in the Alexeivsky House on Ostozhenka St., 28. The United Nations General Representation office in Russia received convenient premises in the historical city center of Moscow, as well as a modern office, where the engineers took care even of the ergonomic computer and telephone interconnection wiring. The expertise and mastery of GVA Sawyer are trusted by Levi Strauss Poland, Bank Agricole de France, Bank Zenit, Mothercare, Azimuth West, CitiBank, and others.
