Overview
Marketing research of congress and exhibition real estate market in the city of Tyumen was conducted, in the course of creation a multifunctional exhibition complex in Tyumen including congress and exhibition areas, a hotel and a concert hall. Within this work there was conducted a research of demand and supply in the spheres of congress and exhibition activities in the following cities: Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk. The analytical document was drawn up on the basis of GVA Sawyer research, taking into account the expert poll of exhibition activity market.

- Making assessment of the present and prospective supply (for the nearest 2-2.5 years) of the exhibit area and conference-rooms in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk and Novosibirsk.
