Overview
The Project «Yuntolovo forest estate» is proposed to be implemented on a land plot located in Konnaya Lakhta (to the north from Olgino) to the west from Yuntolovo forest estate and to the north-west from Lakhtinsky Razliv on the north-west of Saint-Petersburg.
The following research tasks have been set for the Project:
- Elaboration of a concept of residential complex construction, which includes determination of target customers, type/character/volume of various development, giving recommendations on providing social and commercial support services, recommendations on Project zoning and phasing
- Elaboration of alternative ways of the land use
GVA Sawyer and the Committee for Urban Development and Architecture have organized and held an international architectural tender for the right to elaborate a master plan for the territory development and a concept of a standard residential quarter as well.
Technical data
Total area of a land plot — 437 Ha
Total area of buildings and facilities - 3, 12 million sq. m. including:
Residential space — 2,3 million sq. m. (rentable area — 1,7 million sq. m.)
Social and commercial real estate — 0, 82 million sq. m.
Project results
On the basis of the Project results it was proposed to build mid-rise and low-rise comfort and business-class residential real estate in quantities indicated in the Project technical data. The Project comprises various commercial and social support services.
