The two land plots have been developed as “pilot” in the Project:
- Tourism and recreational zone in Starocherkasskaya village (Aksaysky District). Orientation towards cultural heritage, Cossacks, historical monuments
- Priazov tourism and recreational zone (Azovsky District: Krugloe Settlement — Port-Katon) — orientation towards recreation, balneal facilities, resort for children
Performed services
Potential of basic territories proposed to be included in SEZ has been studied; global experience of territory development by means of constructing recreational centers on them has been studied; analysis of strong and weak points of a tourism and recreational function in the Rostov Region has been made; development concept has been elaborated; feasibility study for SEZ construction in the Rostov Region has been prepared.
