Overview
The project result was the determination of optimal floor area ratio between business (office and exhibition), retail and entertainment, residential, recreational and health premises, as well as interconnections between them
Technical data
The facility consists of two territories with a total area of 6,14 ha
At present this territory is occupied by the car market (small stores which are not connected by a common concept)
The project stipulates the construction of:
- Auto parts supermarket (14 000 sq m);
- Dealer village units (12 000 sq m);
- Car storage parking lot (18 000 sq m);
- REC (7 000 sq m);
- Office centre (41 300 sq m);
- Open air parking lot including more than 1500 car spaces
Details
It is possible that the existing transport access scheme might not carry significant increase in retail space on the site. That is why particular attention has been paid to engineering of traffic system and inbound logistics. Besides, there are a lot of restrictions on the projected territory: red lines; technical area of MKAD; ETL (C33); boundaries of Nemchinovka Settlement
