Overview
The Project is located in a rural locality called Abrau Dyurso (in a short distance from Novorossiysk). Within the Project framework Consultants have analyzed a principle opportunity for development of apartment real estate on the land plot; an earlier elaborated concept has been audited and conclusions based on the Consultant’s expert opinion in relation to the Project have been made.

Projected area: ~5,9 ha, with a possibility of later extension up to 23 ha
Proposed number of apartments for development: 441 apartments with an area from 30 to 80 sqm.
Details
The analyzed Project is the first apartment complex in Novorossiysk which represents a residential complex with a lack of opportunity for getting residence permit.
Performed services
Audit of the existing marketing research, correction and addition of marketing information, analysis of the land plot location, analysis of competitive projects, concept proposals for the apart-complex, its format and type, analysis of recommended commercial terms of the proposed concept.
