Overview
Within the development of a future project (MFC «Lakhta-center») the analysis was performed for global and Russian experience in building child development centers; operators of child centers were interviewed as well in relation to their interests in the project management. Following the results of works performed, the Consultant provided the Customer with a list of recommendations on the format of the future project and its technical and economic parameters, and variants of zoning on the basis of the analysis of the most successful international and Russian analogs. Besides, a list of international and Russian operators interested in the project management was made.
Technical data
- A total area of the child development center is approximately 20 thousand sq. m.; 10 thousand sq. m. will be occupied by a science museum.
