Overview
A modern retail complex with a total area of more than 15 thousand sq m is expected to be built in a central part of the town, on the territory of 1,2 ha. Moreover, the town’s bus station, which is adjacent to the projected territory, is planned to be reconstructed.

Details
The new retail centre is expected to be located in a historical part of the town, on the territory where Central market has been placed before. It means that the location of the future retail center is the most advantageous in the town. At the same time, according to the project task, developers stipulate the preservation of jobs for regional agricultural producers. Another feature of the project is the adjacency of the analyzed territory to the town’s bus station, which imposes series of restrictions on logistic and functional solutions. As the result, the proposed concept provides that format of the complex, which combines not only quality retail premises, but also a modern farmer’s market, oriented towards regional agricultural producers. In retail center there will be regional brands as well as famous federal trademarks, including retail operators which have not been presented in the town earlier.
