Overview
A marketing analysis of residential real estate in Moscow region has been made within a framework of a research. The following types of residential real estate have been studied: from multi-storey buildings in Moscow satellite cities to low-rise and individual cottages in the countryside. The focus is on low-rise and village settlement. Recommendations on volume, type, format and the most attractive location of future construction units have been given.
