Overview
The Project tasks were a concept development for building a housing complex on the vacated territory of a plant and a financial model of development to apply for a bank loan. The complex comprised 18 economy-plus class residential sections, underground and above ground parkings, commercial premises.

Details
- The Project result was the integrated development of the territory on which a plant had been located before;
- Besides the concept development, Consultant also prepared a detailed financial model, included in a bank loan application.
