A business-tour was arranged to Moscow business class residential facilities. The work was conducted in three stages:
Stage 1: Creating an analytical document containing the expert evaluation of business class residential property market development in Moscow. A list was made concerning Moscow business class residential facilities recommended to be reviewed. These facilities were described in details.
Stage 2: ОArranging an excursion to Moscow business class residential facilities selected from a preliminary list of facilities which was made according to the first stage of Works.
Stage 3: The business-tour. As a result – tours were conducted in 9 residential facilities, among of which:

- Shuvalovsky prima
- Dominion
- Wellton Park
