Overview
When a marketing conception and the analysis of a technical and economic opportunity for implementing the construction project of a multi-functional complex in the historical centre of St.-Petersburg were carried out, the project developer proceeded to organization of an international architectural competition concerning development of a town-planning and architectural conception. GVA Sawyer elaborated the marketing conception for this project and undertook the organization of the competition.

Period of competition: November 2011 — June 2012. The winner is architectural workshop «SPEECH Tchoban & Kuznetsov» in collaboration with architectural workshop «Evgeny Gerasimov & partners » (Russia, Germany).
