Overview
The aim of the project was to develop a concept of highest anв best use analysis of sports and recreation complex adjusted for a vulnerable social group, which should be more efficient for the owner and include a aquapark.
Technical data
- Total area of the land plot – 2 hectares
- Aquapark area – 4 500 sqm with a water surface area of 1000 sqm
- Sports complex area – 10 000 sqm
- 23 rooms in the hotel (for 50 people)
- Food court contains 50 seats
Details
- Socially oriented project. During developing a concept, vulnerable social group needs and the main requirements of the project availability for handicapped groups were taken into consideration;
- The concept includes a aquapark, the first in the Udmurt Republic.

- Analysis of initial information;
- Analysis of sports and recreation complexes market in Izhevsk (sports complexes, fitness centers, sports palaces);
- Interview with representatives of sports organizations and organizations working with vulnerable social groups;
- Survey of Izhevsk citizens with the purpose to investigate and for corresponding services;
- Analysis of sports events held in Izhevsk and the Udmurt Republic;
- Development of the complex concept;
- Analysis of the project efficiency.
