The Consultant’s task was to elaborate the cash flow model for the project of construction and maintaining of the real estate complex located in the Skolkovo Innovation Centre (model in MS Excel format)
Details
The model should satisfy the wide range of specific requirements like: various financial frameworks, tax concession for participants of the program, staging of territory development, various types of project participation, different scenarios of social and economic development of Russia.
Performed services
The model was presented in MS Excel format. The Consultant prepared the executive summary describing the structure of the model, principles of its work and possible ways of model’s updating in terms of data actualization.
