Overview
Within the survey the Consultant performed marketing research of residential real estate in Kaluga and in close to the city suburbs, examined all types of residential real estate – from blocks of flats to low-rise and private country cottages. Projects for social purposes were also examined in the study. The emphasis was put on low rise country residential real estate. The Consultant gave recommendations on construction works content, types, formats and most attractive options for location of the future building site.
