Overview

The Consultant of the project gave the professional view on possible construction of retail centre on two land plots which are a part of residential area under construction. According to the results of the analysis the construction of a district retail centre with a leasable area of about 18 000 sq. m. was recommended, besides recommendations on tenant list were given. Expert opinion of estimated cost of the project’s building-leasehold.

  • Valuation and generation of the project’s cash flow, cost-effectiveness analysis based on indicators of DCF model such as NPV, IRR and payback period.
  • Investment potential analysis for a potential investor.
