Overview
Within the survey the Consultant performed marketing research of residential real estate of Vsevolzhsky and Lomonosovsky Districts of Leningrad Region and of Pushkinsky District of Saint-Petersburg. The emphasis was put on low rise country residential real estate. The Consultant gave recommendations on construction works content, types, formats and most attractive options for location of the future project.
