Within this study GVA Sawyer consultants have conducted real estate marketing research concerning two projects of green-field construction (parts of complex territory development) and also gave recommendations on construction volume, projects’ phases and pricing policy.

Performed services
The Consultant has conducted marketing research of residential and office real estate, integrated & attached premises and parking zones located in the projects’ influence area.
Within the study there have been analyzed potential changes of the competitive environment in the analyzed district during all planning period of project implementation. The Consultant has given recommendations on pricing policy, on optimal price level and on volume of apartments sales, on parking and on flexible purpose premises.
The Consultant has offered recommendations on projects’ class category and on their design decisions in the context of demand optimization.
