Details
The distinctive characteristic of the Project is its location in the area of the city of Moscow, but at a considerable distance from city’s major highways and MKAD. This complicated location did not allow to consider a retail object or hotel construction on the land plot.
Performed services
The analysis of the location of the evaluated land plot was performed in regard to possible development plans for the area and various options of Object’s territory development. After the best use option for the land plot had been chosen, the complete marketing analysis of warehouse and residential real estate in the Object’s influence zone was performed, taking into account major characteristics of the class and volume of the potential warehouse or residential complexes. The budget for each option of the Project development was determined. Major financial indexes of the Project efficiency were calculated. Consultant’s recommendations for the further use of the land plot and Project financing were provided.
