Overview
The Project was implemented in two stages. Market analysis aimed at determination of the most prospective of the three business lines, which is to be located in projected territory, was carried out at the first stage. This stage includes:
- Analysis and forecast of changes in warehousing property market in Moscow and the Moscow region
- Analysis and forecast of changes in the market of production and construction of panel frame houses
- Market analysis of sheet metal-roll trading (identification of the most attractive segments)
Conception of Warehouse Complex construction was elaborated at the second stage of the Project (it includes consideration of segments of quality dry warehouses, warehouses of non-investment quality and specialized warehouses as well)
Final choice between the variants was carried out on the basis of performed analysis of investments efficiency.

One of the Project characteristics is comparison between essentially different sectors of business which is to be realized in the projected territory, and the choice of the final variant according to the criteria and strategic priorities, provided by project sponsor.
Performed services
The analysis and forecast of development of independent metal trade market in Moscow and the Moscow region were carried out; the most attractive commodity lines were chosen for further business development. The market review of production and construction of panel frame houses and the market review of warehousing property in the Moscow region were conducted. On the basis of collected data a draft Development Project was formulated and the analysis of investment potential was carried out.
