Within the study GVA Sawyer’s consultants have carried out a highest and best use analysis of the land area consisted of five land plots.

Performed services
The Consultant has performed analysis of the best use of property as agricultural industry and as an individual suburban development taking into account its significant remoteness from employees’ places of residence and places of tourist attractions, isolation of the territory and climatic characteristics of the region. Representatives of Gagarinsky District Administration, regional and Moscow land market experts, agricultural experts have been interviewed within the survey. The impact analysis of adopting amendments to the legislative acts of Russian Federation applicable to the legal status of usage of horticultural, market-gardening and dacha land plots have also been carried out within the study.
