Consultant task was to provide financial and economic basis for efficiency of future construction project of a leisure base, located in Russia, Leningradskaya oblast, Priozerskiy rayon, Razdol’evskoe rural settlement, near Borisovo village. According to performed works specialists from GVA Sawyer have concluded that the Project earning capacity in this district is lower than market average. This fact shows small investment potential of the Project, but it is compensated by social significance of the Project for Customer.
