The Consultant Task was to find the most profitable business on the basis of the existing hotel.
The Consultant made a conclusion that the analyzed facility could be used as a hotel 1-2* with its proper management, an office center (C, B) or a residential facility (Business class), depending on investment tasks of the owner.
Details
The Project presupposes reconstruction of an existing old hotel building. The problem point is that communications are worn out and there are also a lot of owners of the facility.
