Overview
Work on conception includes research of residential, apartment, cottage and hotel real estate markets, determination of optimal ratio of dimensions of functional zones in a new Complex, design of correlation between them and determination of phasing variants. According to the results of work, two of existing five variants were suggested for further realization; final decision on these two variants will depend on tax parameters next year. Marketing course for all the variants and analysis of investment efficiency with regard to variants like ‘Project quit’ were elaborated.

- On the basis of received data several variants of the Project realization were formulated and analysis of investment attractiveness was made.
