Overview
The analyzed land plot is located in Krasnogorsk (Moscow region), micro district Opalikha, on the territory of a new community “Novaya Opalikha”. The building has a perfect visual characteristics and transportation accessibility to Volokolamskoe Highway but at the same time it’s located on the “morning side” of cars flow, heading for Moscow and this can become an obstacle to visiting this Center. Another disadvantage of the location is a low pedestrian traffic in the surrounding area.

Details
The main idea of Project is to build a shopping mall which can provide residents of nearby districts, cottage settlements and can also provide potential customers, passing by Volokolamskoe Highway in both directions, with necessary goods and services. That is why the concept presupposes construction of a micro district shopping center with a grocery store and with a broad range of small non-food stores (clothes, shoes, health goods, goods for children, household goods, equipment, 1 or 2 cafes, etc.)

- Marketing research of existing and expected proposal for commercial and entertainment real estate in Krasnogorsk;
- Analysis of demand for commercial space in general and “prebrokerage” for retail space of the planned shopping center;

- Financial ground for economic efficiency of the Project.
