Overview

On the base of conducted location analysis, real estate market review and current Project’s condition the Consultant has given recommendations how to attract new tenants and identified eligible commercial terms for the period after reconstruction. Consultant has prepared a general construction execution plan for the near-term outlook (top-priority measures, global measures for conducting a profitable business). Different technical conditions of the buildings have been taken into account.

Technical data

Total area of the Complex – 14 Ha
40 buildings and structures with total area of around 50 000 sq.m. are located on the territory of the Complex.
Launching implementation of first stage conversion – autumn 2010
Implementation of second stage – summer 2011
Implementation of third stage – autumn 2011

Old buildings are included in full complex of wood-working factory’s process chain
