Performed services
The Consultant has carried out analysis of office and warehouse real estate markets, determined optimum balance between offices and auxiliary areas (warehouses). GVA Sawyer team has designed buildings for 2 general options and performed details on internal layout for the typical floor. Detailed economic justification has been given for each development option.
