Kaliningrad real estate: Investors demonstrate interest in the second phase of TRC "Europe" in the Kaliningrad region

Gamma Development company received an offer from investors on the implementation of the second stage of "Europe" trade and recreation centre.

The new project will be a continuation of the existing shopping center. Three floors are planned to accommodate a multiplex cinema, a restaurant with panoramic view, a youth cafe, "the new formats of children`s and family leisure", as well as expand the retail gallery of fashionable boutiques.

The planned commissioning of the second stage of the center falls within 2012.

Architectural concept of the building is being developed by Polish company Studio Quadra, which also developed the existing first phase of the center. Consulting on the marketing concept is GVA Sawyer, a member of the International Association GVA Worldwide.

In its communication GVA Sawyer notes that it already performed consulting work associated with renovation of the central part of Kaliningrad in 2008. As noted by Evelyna Pavlovskaya, Vice-President for Consulting of GVA Sawyer: "An important part of the work are recommendations on the formation of the most effective pool of tenants of TRC "Europe" as a single object.
