IMPACT
GVA Sawyer Company has started two new development projects - construction of the first outlet-center in Russia in Solnechnogorsky District in cooperation with an international operator - Fashion House and a fee development project in Kaluga - construction of hotel and apartment-hotel with all accompanying infrastructure. In addition, GVA Sawyer participated in the iarge land sale transaction in St.-Petersburg for the outlet-center project.
The President of GVA Sawyer considers the most significant achievement was keeping all directions of activity of the company, and optimizing resources and expenses. From the things that did not succeed in 2009, Ms. Setskaya names partial association of businesses with certain financial structures.
In 2010, Vera Setskaya headed the Advisory Council on financial institution assets capitalization of the Managers and Developers Guild. "I consider the work with non-core assets of banks and corporations as very promising in the future," says Ms. Setskaya.
A PERSONAL TOUCH
Vera Setskaya visits art exhibitions, the conservatory, and practices karate. "I simply like being with my family, we have many interests in common," she says. To achieve complete happiness, Vera Setskaya recognizes that she lacks all the free time she needs for rest and travel.
RULES FOR LIFE
- If there were one extra hour in each day, I would spend it reading fiction.
- Each new age I sincerely thought was the best age. I still think the same. For example, because of my age and experience, I am now feel freer to express my own opinion, without worrying too much that the people around me might think differently. I did not have such a luxury before.
