The company GVA Sawyer (ZAO “Sawyer & Co”) was founded in January 1993. The company specializes in providing a full spectrum of professional real estate services including development and construction, consulting and business planning, brokerage, financial engineering and investment attraction. GVA Sawyer operates in all market segments: offices, warehouses and industrial premises, land plots, retail and entertainment objects, hotels and residential real estate, supporting the client from elaboration of a concept to completion of the construction and commissioning of the object into operation.
According to the legislative requirements of RF, the company is a member of the Self-Regulatory organization (SRO) Nonprofit Partnership of ASSISTANCE IN CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT «Association of professional constructors». Certificate No. 0034.01-2010-7709039709-С-207.
The central office of GVA Sawyer is located in Moscow, Company’s branch offices are located in St.Petersburg and Krasnoyarsk.
Since 1999, GVA Sawyer has been a member of the association GVA Worldwide, which unites more than 3750 real estate professionals in 25 countries of the world. In 2007, partners of the GVA network executed the transactions for the amount of more than USD 35 billion, managed more than 165 mln. sq. m of office, retail, industrial/warehouse, and other objects. GVA Sawyer is the exclusive representative of this Association in Russia.
As an active member of the professional community, GVA Sawyer participates in the activities of the American Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, Harvard Business School, CCIM, Russian Guild of Managers and Developers (GUD), Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR), and others.
GVA Sawyer is the Primary Investment Partner of the Administration of Krasnodar Region.
