GVA crowned at prestigious Property Week Management All-Star Awards
GVA has been crowned champion of Commercial Property Management at the prestigious Property Week Management All-Stars Awards in London.
Nominated for five awards, the Property Management team won the highly competitive category, beating off some strong competition with a record number of entries, including niche players and large national corporate firms.
The judging panel was cross industry, including representatives from Argent and LGIM.
Senior Director Guy Thompson commented:
“This award reflects the hard work that has been undertaken by the team across the UK over the past year. We’ve secured numerous new appointments across the public and private sectors – including portfolio management for Brighton & Hove City Council, management of Piccadilly Place, Manchester and 110 Bishopsgate, and design and place-making at Chesterfield Waterside – and successfully retained a number of high profile instructions, retained on the management of the Logicor Industrial portfolio and Brindleyplace.
“We are proud to go above and beyond our great service and track record of core property management capability to deliver the best experience for our clients and their customers. From installing bee hives to implementing innovative new income streams, we look to enhance occupier experience and investment value – I’m delighted that this has been recognised through five nominations and a big win at the All-Stars Awards.”
